Role Overview
The Sales Support Specialist assists the sales and partnership team by supporting proposals, dealer onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination. This role ensures sales opportunities progress efficiently from initial contact to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with proposals, quotes, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new dealers and partners
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Support scheduling of product demonstrations and partner meetings
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support deployments
- Prepare sales reports, materials, and internal documentation
- Assist with follow-ups on sales opportunities and partner requests
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, coordination, or inside sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools preferred
- Experience in the security or technology sector is an asset
