Remote Video Monitoring

Remote Video Monitoring allows an operator to respond in real time to video, sensor, access control, or other networked device alarms, transforming your video management system into a proactive retail security solution.

How it works?

Step 1 : An unusual activity for a categorized item is detected.

Step 2 : Live video of the event that set off the alarm is sent to an operator.

Step 3 : The operator follows the predetermined SOP (voice talk-down, emergency contact, police, etc.)

Alarm Video Verification

It is a more basic alternative than remote video monitoring, but it has a competitive pricing structure and is an excellent fit for many enterprises.

How it works?

Step 1 : A specific action (door contact, motion detection, glass break, etc.) triggers the alarm system.

Step 2 : The activated alarm is communicated to the alarm monitoring center.

Step 3 : A remote video monitoring center operator enables cameras and inspects the business.

Step 4 : The operator follows the predetermined SOP (voice talk-down, emergency contact, police, etc.)
