We grant you, through your dealer, the right to use Sirix’s monitoring services to protect what matters most to you. This right is for your personal or business use only, not for sharing, copying, or altering.
3. Protecting your privacy
Using our services may involve sharing data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sirix and your dealer work together to safeguard this information. Your privacy is our priority.
4. Service limitations
Sirix strives for continuous service, but sometimes interruptions happen. Sirix isn’t responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from service downtime or technical issues.
5. Ending your use of Sirix services
Your access to Sirix services is active as long as your dealer continues to provide it. If you or your dealer decide to discontinue service, please stop using Sirix immediately.
6. Respecting Sirix’s ownership
Sirix retains ownership of all technologies and services we provide. Your use of our services doesn’t grant ownership—just the right to use Sirix through your dealer.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Quebec, Canada’s laws, ensuring fair use for everyone involved.
