- SIRIX acts as a broker by offering a search and selection service to match customers with Contractors related to projects or renovations. However, SIRIX is not a party to any individual contracts or estimates concluded between the Customer and the Contractors. SIRIX does not perform renovations and has no involvement in the agreement reached between the Contractor and the Customer. SIRIX is completely independent of Contractors. If the Customer wishes to hire a project manager, SIRIX can recommend a professional for the job, but SIRIX does not receive any compensation from the Customer for this service. The selected Contractor pays SIRIX for its services.
- The benefits SIRIX receives are based on the estimate provided by the Contractor at the time of acceptance by the Customer.
- SIRIX is obligated to do its best to ensure successful relations between the Client and the Contractor. However, the Contractor retains full control and responsibility for the solutions it offers to the Customer, monitoring and final completion of the work it performs. The Contractor develops its bids and specifications under sole responsibility and remains the sole judge of the work to be done and appropriateness of the solutions offered.
- SIRIX cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by the Customer due to any fault of a Contractor in the execution of its services. The Customer expressly waives all recourse against SIRIX.
For training, quality, and compliance purposes, calls to SIRIX may be recorded. Clients who decline call recording will be required to visit the head office of SIRIX.
