Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Video Monitoring: Monitor client sites remotely to prevent theft, vandalism, loitering, and other incidents.
  • Procedure Compliance: Strictly follow all client-specific protocols and operational procedures.
  • Incident Documentation: Accurately document and report all events, irregularities, and alarms.
  • Voice Interventions: Deliver live deterrent voice announcements when necessary.
  • Coordination with Authorities: Communicate and collaborate with public emergency services (police, fire department, etc.) during alarm responses or critical situations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related surveillance and security tasks as required.

Required qualifications

  • Ability to remain focused while working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • No criminal record.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Schedule

  • Evening & Night shift
  • Weekday and/or weekend shifts
  • On-call availability
  • Holiday work may be required
  • Occasional shift replacements as needed
