Key Responsibilities
- Real-Time Video Monitoring: Monitor client sites remotely to prevent theft, vandalism, loitering, and other incidents.
- Procedure Compliance: Strictly follow all client-specific protocols and operational procedures.
- Incident Documentation: Accurately document and report all events, irregularities, and alarms.
- Voice Interventions: Deliver live deterrent voice announcements when necessary.
- Coordination with Authorities: Communicate and collaborate with public emergency services (police, fire department, etc.) during alarm responses or critical situations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related surveillance and security tasks as required.
Required qualifications
- Ability to remain focused while working at a computer for extended periods.
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- No criminal record.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Schedule
- Evening & Night shift
- Weekday and/or weekend shifts
- On-call availability
- Holiday work may be required
- Occasional shift replacements as needed
