Role Overview
The Director, Channel Sales & Partnerships is responsible for developing and expanding Sirix’s network of security integrators, dealers, resellers, and strategic partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the security industry and driving recurring revenue through channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Employee is engaged as Director, Channel Sales & Partnerships and agrees to perform the following duties:
- Represent the Employer’s services to security integrators, dealers, resellers, and strategic white-label partners within assigned territories
- Develop, manage, and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and contact prospective clients through networking, outbound prospecting, marketing initiatives, and industry events
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans, identify vertical market opportunities, build and manage dealer and partner networks, and establish the Employer’s market presence through channel development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and technical teams to meet revenue objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, partnership proposals, and commercial agreements to prospective partners and dealers, including negotiating terms and closing dealer agreements
- Address partner and customer complaints or concerns in coordination with internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong business relationships
- Actively promote and protect the Sirix brand, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all business interactions and serving as a brand ambassador within the security industry
- Educate partners, dealers, and end-user prospects on the Sirix technology platform, service offerings, competitive advantages, and value proposition, including conducting product demonstrations and training sessions as needed
- Participate in security industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads, build brand awareness, and establish industry relationships
- Use the Employer’s designated CRM and reporting tools and comply with all internal sales processes, policies, and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or channel development
- Experience in the electronic security industry is a strong asset
- Proven ability to develop and manage dealer or partner networks
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
