Role Overview
The Sales Support Specialist supports the U.S. sales team by assisting with proposals, documentation, dealer onboarding, and internal coordination between sales, operations, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and partnership documentation
- Maintain CRM records and assist with pipeline management
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new partners and clients
- Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and training sessions
- Support follow-ups with prospective partners and dealers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support or inside sales
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
