Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist supports the U.S. sales team by assisting with proposals, documentation, dealer onboarding, and internal coordination between sales, operations, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and partnership documentation
  • Maintain CRM records and assist with pipeline management
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new partners and clients
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and training sessions
  • Support follow-ups with prospective partners and dealers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support or inside sales
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
