Main responsibilities

• Monitor task progress across operational teams and ensure smooth daily coordination
• Ensure proper information flow between Data Entry → Onboarding → Support
• Follow up on outstanding operational tasks and prevent workflow bottlenecks
• Execute and maintain internal operational workflows and procedures
• Ensure operational steps are completed accurately and according to established processes
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest operational improvements
• Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, and Billing teams
• Support coordination of cross-department operational projects
• Validate accuracy and completeness of operational data
• Assist in gathering raw operational data used for KPI reporting
• Identify inconsistencies in operational information and relay them for correction


Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in video surveillance, monitoring center operations, security operations, or a similar environment (required)
• Experience in operations coordination or workflow support (asset)
• Bilingual French and English – written and spoken (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with operational systems, internal platforms, or workflow tools
